The folks at KISSmetrics have put together a pretty interesting sales infographic. It turns out that for the early part of 2014 we are going to be hyper focused on this area of our business (sales, business development etc) so the timing of this is good in terms of our own internal awareness.

Interesting stats all around but I thought the call time piece was interesting as was the stats about sending SMS texts to your potentials and how this correlated to much higher close rates – granted I’m still not sure about actually following through on that particular item…

Overall I’ve found the information that KISSmetrics puts together to be nothing short of great, so if you are getting ready to bring in some new polish on your sales process you might want to look at this one more than once.
